Witold Kwiatkowski

Mayor, Celestynów Commune

Graduate of the Faculty of Law at the University of Maria Curie-Sklodowska in Lublin. He also completed an MBA (Master of Business Administration) and Project Management.

Since 2014, he has been the Head of the Municipality of Celestynów located in Otwock County, Mazowieckie Voivodeship. He is a lawyer by education and a local government official by passion. Since the beginning of his office as the Head of the Commune, the commune has started to develop dynamically and has taken leading places in independent local government rankings. He is always close to people, able to listen to them, establish good relations with them and solve everyday local issues together with them. Open to all initiatives and prioritising education as an investment in human capital development. Since 2016, he has supported the Universal Bilingualism Programme through its implementation in all kindergartens and nursery branches in the municipality.
